FAQ's
Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our delivery service.

· How do you know what brand name item to purchase?

If you require a specific brand name item, please indicate the item and brand name on your order form.
On the order form, you are asked if substitutions are okay with you, if you indicate "No"
and your requested Brand is not available, the item will be removed from your list.
If you indicate "Yes", a comparable brand of the same item will be selected for you.

· When do you deliver to my home?

On the order form, you may indicate your preferred delivery date and time.
If we are unable to accommodate your requested delivery time,
you will receive a phone call to arrange a suitable time.

· How much do you charge?

You pay exactly what your groceries cost, there is no mark up on food items themselves.
A fee of $19.00+GST/PST is added to your bill for each delivery.
Payment is expected at the time of delivery or you can set up an account with PayPal.

· How do I pay?

You may setup a secure, prepaid account thru PayPal,
I will accept cash or personal cheques. You will be charged an additional $40.00 for a returned or NSF cheque.

· What if I'm not home when you deliver?

I will try to meet your preferred time of delivery as indicated on the Order Form.
If by chance you are not home at your requested time, your groceries will be properly stored
and you will receive a phone call to setup a second delivery time on the same day at an additional fee of $10.00+GST/PST.

· Will you pick up my alcohol, dry cleaning, lottery tickets and cigarettes?

No, I will not shop for any of the items listed. Due to legal implications and minimum age requirements
to purchase these items, Grocery Pal is a service solely designed for groceries only.

· What if I need a couple of products from a second store?

On the Order Form, you are asked if a second store visit is required. This will add $5.00+GST/PST to your Delivery Charge.
